When you contact Veterans Remediation & Restoration through our website contact form, you provide information, typically your name, phone number, email address, and a description of the damage you’re dealing with. We also collect basic, anonymized analytics data (pages visited, general location at the city or region level, browser type) through standard web analytics tools. We do not use tracking pixels, sell your data, or share it with advertisers.
How We Use Your Information
The information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule an on-site estimate, and, when you authorize it, coordinate with your insurance carrier on documentation, claim numbers, and billing. We will never contact your insurer without your explicit direction.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only third parties who may receive your information are insurance carriers or adjusters you have authorized us to work with, and any service providers (such as our scheduling or email platform) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we hold, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). Terms of Service
Service Area and Estimates
Veterans Remediation & Restoration provides residential and commercial restoration services in and around Freeport, FL and the surrounding Walton County area. Service availability outside this region is subject to project scope and scheduling, contact us to confirm coverage for your location.
Any estimate or quote provided before a signed work-authorization form is issued is informational only and does not constitute a binding contract. The signed work-authorization form governs the actual service relationship, including scope of work, pricing, and timeline. Conditions discovered after work begins, such as hidden moisture intrusion behind walls or secondary structural damage, may require a change order, which will be presented to you before additional work proceeds.
Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods and due dates are specified in your signed work-authorization form. Payment terms vary depending on whether the project is insurance-funded or out-of-pocket. We coordinate directly with insurance carriers when authorized, but the property owner remains ultimately responsible for any amounts not covered by a claim.
Liability and Licensing
Veterans Remediation & Restoration operates as a licensed contractor in the state of Florida. Our liability is limited to the scope of work described in the signed work-authorization form. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations unrelated to the restoration scope, or damage caused by delayed reporting of a loss.
Insurance Coordination
We assist with insurance documentation, photographs, moisture readings, scope reports, but we do not guarantee claim approval or specific payout amounts. Claim decisions rest solely with your insurance carrier.
Disputes
Any dispute arising from services provided under a signed work-authorization form will first be addressed through good-faith written communication between the parties. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the laws of the state of Florida and the jurisdiction of Walton County courts.
Accessibility Statement
Veterans Remediation & Restoration is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or display magnification. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards, and the site has been built with semantic markup and descriptive alt text with that goal in mind.
If you encounter a barrier, a form that won’t submit with a keyboard, an image without a description, or any other issue, please reach out. You can email us at veteranspcusa@gmail.com or call (337) 344-1248, and we will work to address the reported issue within a reasonable timeframe. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checkbox.
